usps article

i can't believe it took me this long to run across this article.

i am thrilled to know that the USPS is appreciating mail art.

i want to tip it to the right a little and make it into an envelope behind the lady....

    Thanks for the links; enjoyed. Back when I had more snail mail correspondents, the local P.O. contacted me because they wanted to feature my "crazy mail" in some sort of contest. I can't remember when this was but it was before digital cameras because I had to photograph my stuff for them.
