Faye's Floral - July Exchange

On a trip to the Post Office, I was greeted by a really nice person who was new to the PO or new to that branch. She was so cheerful and pleasant. She was also intent on getting me to buy these stamps. I didn't really want them, but I did not want to hurt her feelings - so I bought them. Then, after I couldn't come up with any envelope ideas that I loved that coordinated with them ---  I decided to just use them up as fast as possible.

The base lettering is done with Tombo brush markers. They are very soft and flexible. Normally I just use them for script, but I thought it would be fun to do plain block lettering. Nothing that wows me - but not wretched.
Fair to middlin'.
